Vision 2026
Building on a successful rollout and first year, the DePaul Cristo Rey community has embarked on a second year of our Vision 2026 Strategic Plan. This plan is the result of the collaborative work of the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, faculty, and staff. With a renewed focus on elevation and growth, it seeks to ensure that all DePaul Cristo Rey students are not only college ready, but have the opportunity to build the life they believe God is leading them to build.
Vision 2026 is grounded in five core values and focused on four key priorities: academics, Corporate Work Study, admissions, and talent management.
Igniting Dreams, Fueling Potential: Vision 2026 is an inspirational and aspirational plan with the ultimate goal that all members of the Class of 2026 will meet or exceed the Cristo Rey Network’s average for college readiness.
