Transfer Students

Required Forms for Class of 2028 and 2029 Applicants

Thank you for considering transferring to DePaul Cristo Rey for the 2026-27 school year. 

We welcome you to start your transfer application keeping in mind:

• We anticipate having a limited number of openings in the Classes of 2028 and 2029 so we recommend you also consider another high school as a backup plan.
• We do not take transfer students for senior year.
• The transfer application deadline is June 25.  Admissions decisions will not be made until early July.

We are looking for transfer students who have:

• Exceptional grades (3.0 GPA)
• Almost perfect attendance
• Positive interactions with peers and teachers as evidenced through teacher recommendationforms
• Desire to attend college
• Commitment to professional growth through the Corporate Work Study Program
• Previous coursework that aligns with DPCR’s curriculum.
• Low to moderate family income
• Age and legal authorization to work in the United States (age 14 by September 8, 2026)
