The Sponsor-A-Student Program supports DePaul Cristo Rey families by connecting donors, like you, to the heart of our mission: the students themselves.
The Need
The Cristo Rey model is unique: students earn a portion of their cost of education through the Corporate Work Study Program. Additionally, many of our students are eligible for the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship and every family pays something. However, there is still a gap to cover the full cost to educate each student.
Student Connection
Donors will be connected with a freshman (or multiple students, if you want) as they begin their high school journey. You will have the opportunity to walk alongside them through senior year by renewing your commitment each year.

Benefits include:
- Receive a student profile and regular updates from the student you support
- School tour with your student
- Annual Appreciation Event with sponsors and students
- Invitation to milestone events including graduation
- Making an impactful difference in the life of a student and family.
Your Commitment
- $5,000 – Provides a full scholarship for one student.
- $2,500 – Provides partial sponsorship for one student.
- $1,000 – Provides partial sponsorship for one student.
