Posted 06/26/2018 01:30PM

DePaul Cristo Rey High School recognized two recent graduates with its Class of 2018 highest honors at the school’s commencement ceremony on May 29.

Sandra Ramirez '18 (left) received the Credo Perago Floreo Award, the highest honor presented at commencement. This award, Latin for the school motto “Believe, Achieve, Become,” honored Sandra’s growth in personal belief and service to others; academic, professional and personal achievements; as well as her evolution into a leader, role model, young professional and college-ready graduate. Sandra, a Price Hill resident, plans to attend Mount St. Joseph University where she has received a full-tuition scholarship.

Tyler Rocquemore '18 (below) received the Distinguished Young Professional Award as the graduate who achieved an outstanding professional transformation through her participation in the DePaul Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study Program. Rocquemore, a Westwood resident, consistently demonstrated professional integrity, persistence, a positive attitude, and a spirit of collaboration while working at Magnified Giving. She plans to attend Berea College.
