Sophomore Nick V. has made quite an impression on his co-workers in his Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) position – so much so that his supervisor nominated him for the organization’s quarterly outstanding employee award.
Nick works at the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. His supervisor nominated him for the bureau’s NATTI Award – Nice Award Thanking Terrific Individuals. It’s a quarterly honor recognizing employees for outstanding work performance, superior customer service (externally and internally), personal ethics and/or integrity on the job.
The nomination noted, “Since Nick has worked for BWC the last two years I have seen him grow as a person as well as an employee to Ohio! He is ALWAYS willing to help wherever he is needed! He finishes his work timely and with very few errors, if any. It is also so good to see that though he is young in age, he has a great work ethic. He is a true asset to the state of Ohio! He never complains, is always on time, very conscientious, hardworking, and has always been professional. We are very lucky to have him as a coworker.”
