Our Vibrant School Community

DePaul Cristo Rey High is more than classes and work-study. Our vibrant school community includes lots of opportunities for students to grow in confidence, leadership and faith while exploring new interests. These include:

DPCR offers a variety of faith experiences which challenge students to use faith to respond to the world through service, by building community and seeing the presence of God all around us. The Campus Ministry program includes everyone (those who are Catholic and not Catholic), and provides the opportunity for faith to grow regardless of tradition.

The Campus Ministry program introduces students to the importance of and strives to have them “dare to risk a caring response,” a guiding principle of the Sisters of Charity.

DePaul Cristo Rey is a Catholic high school that welcomes students of all faith traditions. Inspired by our foundresses, the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, DPCR’s Campus Ministry program is committed to developing women and men of Charity through the charisms of St. Vincent de Paul – humility, simplicity, charity and the ever-presence of God.

Beech Acres Parenting Center partners with DePaul Cristo Rey to provide school-based services for every student and family. With a variety of services, your student’s mental health needs can be met so they are able to successfully thrive on their academic journey.

COMMITMENT TO WELLNESS

We’re committed to the optimal development of every student. We believe that for students to have the opportunity to achieve personal, academic, developmental and social success they need a positive, safe, healthy, spiritual, and nurturing learning environment.

Students’ personal, social and emotional wellbeing is supported across the school but primarily by our academic, counseling and Beech Acres teams.

Students’ spiritual wellbeing and growth is supported through our Campus Ministry Program.

Students’ physical wellbeing is supported through our School Nurse.
