Here’s how this works:

Students are employees of the Corporate Work Study Program – they are not on the Corporate Partner’s payroll.

  • DPCR handles all payroll, legal and tax paperwork.
  • Corporate Partners sign a fee-for-service contract paying annually, tri-annually or monthly. 
  • These CWSP contract fees go directly toward the cost of education at DPCR.
  • DPCR provides summer and ongoing training for students.
  • DPCR relationship managers support the students’ supervisors at every employer.
