Here’s how this works:
Students are employees of the Corporate Work Study Program – they are not on the Corporate Partner’s payroll.
- DPCR handles all payroll, legal and tax paperwork.
- Corporate Partners sign a fee-for-service contract paying annually, tri-annually or monthly.
- These CWSP contract fees go directly toward the cost of education at DPCR.
- DPCR provides summer and ongoing training for students.
- DPCR relationship managers support the students’ supervisors at every employer.
